Q. Can more than one certificate be used per seating?
A. Most restaurants will only accept one certificate per seating. Please check with the restaurant before dining if you wish to use more than one certificate.
Q. I just purchased a certificate, how soon can I use it?
A. Shipping usually takes 7-10 days, once you receive your certificate you may use it. Please note some certificates are subject to expiration.
Q. I ordered my certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?
A. Call NeoFill Fulfillment Center at 1-866-311-9806 to make an inquiry.
Q. I received multiple e-mail confirmations and confirmation numbers. What does that mean?
A. For each order you make, you will receive a confirmation number by email.
